Ck4 Betting's Terms & Conditions — In plain English, for you

These terms & conditions ck4 Baji (hereinafter referred to as "ck4", "we", or "the Platform") and all of its users ("you", "member") constitutes a legally binding agreement. These terms apply whenever you access the Platform via the ck4 website, mobile app, or any other channel.

Ck4 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international Curaçao eGaming licence (Licence No: 8048/JAZ). • Bonuses are for eligible members only — one person, one account, one bonus
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met
• Your bonus balance and real money balance are displayed separately in your account
• Stacking multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted — please check the terms of each offer
• Ck4 reserves the right to cancel any bonus it reasonably believes is being misused
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on ck4:

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled — please review your bet carefully before placing it
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, ck4 will investigate and make a final decision
• If a match is cancelled or the result is inconclusive, the stake will be refunded
• Ck4 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error in the odds is identified
• Ck4 is not responsible for missed bets in live betting caused by internet disconnection
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or corruption will be voided

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck4. Any violation will result in immediate account closure, and funds on deposit may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus system abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Money Laundering or Illegal Fund Cleaning
• Hacking, scripting, or otherwise manipulating the game system
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN or proxy
• Rude or disrespectful behaviour toward support staff or other members
• Creating an account or claiming a withdrawal using false information

Ck4 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation has been found
• Failure to Verify Age or Identity
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud
• Evidence of access from a restricted region

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting Support. Please ensure any eligible withdrawals are completed before the account is closed.
